Jordan Pollack - Managing Partner - Licensed Broker
Jordan Pollack is a co-founder of Sailpoint Property Group and serves as Managing Partner, overseeing management, compliance, and strategy.
Jordan has 15 plus years experience in sales, business development, property management, and real estate investment. He has managed and leased a portfolio of 300k sq feet of commercial and retail space and multi family portfolios.
Jordan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut and holds a Business Degree from the George Washington University School of Business.
Seth Caslin - Managing Partner
Seth Caslin is a co-founder of Sailpoint Property Group and serves as the Managing Partner, overseeing the company’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, and overall management of the organization.
Seth is a current undergraduate student at Miami Herbert Business School, working towards a B.B.A in Business Law. He currently holds a real estate license in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida, but focuses on building the company’s presence and reputation in the Connecticut market. Prior to co-founding Sailpoint Property Group, Seth most recently served as an Associate for Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in Multi-Family and Retail Investment Sales in the Miami sub-market areas of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South Miami.
Seth began his career as an acquisitions and dispositions team lead at Citi Atlas Real Estate in Connecticut.
Kostas Travisano - Associate
Kostas Travisano, a 6-year Army veteran, seamlessly blends military discipline with entrepreneurship. After leaving the military, he founded a successful home improvement business known for quality craftsmanship and excellent service. His military background ingrained in him a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, valuable traits in real estate.
